Jason Bullock is an experienced technology leader with a demonstrated ability to build and lead well respected teams that have a bias for action. In his role as Chief Information Officer, Jason focuses on the CFG customer experience, creating a user centric and secure, HIPAA-compliant approach. He is responsible for CFG’s informatics and EMR initiatives and helps us cultivate a culture that is data-driven in all aspects. He is further responsible for the company’s cybersecurity strategy. Jason has extensive experience in modernizing healthcare delivery through the adoption of technology, emphasizing system resilience and effective implementation techniques.

George A. Parsons is a highly accomplished finance and accounting executive with over 15 years of experience driving financial strategy, corporate accounting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) across diverse industries, including healthcare, logistics, and professional services. With a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and executive financial reporting, George has successfully led multi-state, multi-million-dollar financial operations, ensuring fiscal integrity and strategic growth.

George has extensive experience in providing executive leadership with critical financial insights and reports to support decision-making. He manages a high-performing team responsible for forecasting, financial statement analysis, and board-level financial presentations.

George’s leadership is underscored by his ability to mentor and develop teams, drive data-driven decision-making, and implement financial models that align with corporate objectives.

Committed to professional excellence, George is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has been actively involved in financial organizations such as the Tennessee Society of CPAs. His passion for finance, strategic planning, and operational efficiency makes him a key asset in any financial leadership role.

As Chief Legal Officer, Linn Guerrero is responsible for setting the overall legal philosophy and strategy of the organization. She ensures that all practices, policies, and business activities of the organization fall within the bounds of the organization’s legal posture.

Linn specializes in healthcare law, contract review, and negotiation. With 10+ years of litigation experience, Linn’s practice was primarily focused on medical negligence and worker’s compensation with an emphasis on occupational illness. She also teaches continuing legal education seminars in pre-trial litigation, deposition preparation, witness preparation, and damages.

Elmeada Frias is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 18 years of leadership experience spanning human resources, operations, and organizational strategy. She is uniquely positioned to bridge HR strategy with the operational needs of complex healthcare environments.

Throughout her career, Ms. Frias has overseen medical operations in jails and prisons, guided operational and clinical outcomes, and built expertise in personnel management, union relations, compliance, and large-scale budget oversight. This dual perspective enables her to align workforce initiatives with organizational performance, ensuring HR strategies support both employees and business goals.

Ms. Frias is a frequent national presenter on staff motivation, team building, cultural considerations, and patient safety. She is dedicated to improving healthcare delivery, supporting employees, and fostering high-performing teams..

CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

Tasha serves as the lead operational officer responsible for the delivery of all contract services, deliverables, personnel, and budget management. A dedicated healthcare professional with over twenty years of nursing and operational leadership experience in correctional health care, forensic nursing, and emergency and medical/surgical nursing, Tasha implements innovative ideas and proven evidence-based strategies that continue to push forward progress in our ever-evolving industry, as well as our care standards and operational practices.

Tasha is a member of the American Nurses Association, the American Correctional Nurses Association, the International Association of Forensics Nursing, the National Association for Advancement of Colored People, and the Association of Women Executives in Corrections.

CHIEF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH OFFICER

Dr. Sandrock is a licensed psychologist who has worked in correctional settings since 1996. He has provided direct clinical care and supervision in both jails and prisons. He has managed and supervised inpatient and outpatient treatment in a variety of correctional settings and has experience in working and operating under a consent decree.

Dr. Sandrock is a certified police trainer under the NJ Police Training Commission and has also been involved in pre-employment assessments for law enforcement personnel. He provides training to law enforcement staff in suicide prevention and the management of mentally ill offenders. Dr. Sandrock teaches at Elizabeth General Medical Center as an intern instructor and at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He serves on the Board of Directors for the American Correctional Association.

A sought-after speaker and lecturer, Dr. Sandrock has conducted research and published many articles related to his field, and he has presented extensively at national conferences.

In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Mary Silva is responsible for the delivery of contracted healthcare services in all our facilities. With extensive experience as an LPN, RN, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Forensic Nurse Examiner, Nurse Executive, and Legal Nurse Consultant, coupled with her leadership experience in site, regional, and nationwide correctional healthcare operational oversight, Mary is an exceptionally well-rounded operational leader. Her understanding of correctional healthcare operations and delivery of contracted medical and behavioral health services is unmatched in the industry. This includes successful start-ups of scores of correctional healthcare programs, management of services across the country, building high quality teams, developing and maintaining Continuous Quality Improvement and Compliance groups, and earning and maintaining national accreditation.

A recognized expert and skilled presenter, Mary has further served as a lecturer and author at several national conferences and publications.

Dr. Gregory Ladele is a distinguished leader in correctional medicine, serving as the Chief Medical Officer at CFG. As a key member of the senior leadership team, he plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organization’s strategic objectives while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. His expertise in healthcare policy, regulatory compliance, and clinical integration strengthens care coordination across Operations, Nursing, Behavioral Health, and other departments to optimize patient outcomes and continuity of care.

With a deep commitment to evidence-based medicine, Dr. Ladele leads CFG’s clinical department, ensuring that the voices of medical professionals are integrated into all aspects of operations. His leadership enhances preventive care models, regulatory adherence, and measurable success metrics to improve healthcare delivery for underserved populations.

Internationally recognized within correctional medicine, Dr. Ladele is a sought-after speaker on Chronic Disease Management, Inter-generational Workforce Leadership, Cultural Humility, and other essential healthcare topics. He is board-certified in Family Medicine.
