With over 25 years of experience in corrections, Stacy Schmalz is a seasoned professional committed to advancing standards of safety, compliance, and quality within correctional institutions. A retired Associate Warden with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, she has held key leadership roles including PREA Coordinator, ACA Coordinator Incident Commander and Health Service Administrator, demonstrating extensive experience in institutional operations, accreditation and regulatory compliance.
Currently serving as the Corporate Compliance Manager with CFG Health, Stacy oversees organizational adherence to healthcare and correctional standards, with particular emphasis on NCCHC accreditation processes. She holds a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, underscoring a dedication to continuous improvement and operational efficiency, and maintains certification as a Certified Correctional Health Professional (CCHP).
Throughout her distinguished career, Stacy has been recognized for fostering ethical leadership, improving correctional healthcare delivery, and supporting initiatives that enhance accountability and humane treatment within correctional systems.
