Angela Zografos serves as Chief Legal Officer of CFG Health, bringing more than 20 years of legal, compliance, and business experience across healthcare and other highly regulated industries. As a member of CFG’s executive leadership team, she provides strategic legal counsel across the organization, with a focus on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, contracting, risk management, privacy, and healthcare operations.

Throughout her career, Angela has served as a trusted advisor to executive and operational leadership, helping organizations navigate complex legal and regulatory environments while supporting growth, operational effectiveness, and sound risk management. Her experience includes healthcare regulatory compliance, government contracting and RFPs, commercial contracting, HIPAA and privacy, employment matters, litigation management, corporate governance, and the development of compliance and ethics programs. Her background also includes advising on healthcare technology, cybersecurity, data governance, and organizational transformation initiatives.

Angela is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is also actively engaged in public service and education, having held leadership roles with the Medford Township Board of Education and the Burlington County School Boards Association.
