In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Mary Silva is responsible for the delivery of contracted healthcare services in all our facilities. With extensive experience as an LPN, RN, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Forensic Nurse Examiner, Nurse Executive, and Legal Nurse Consultant, coupled with her leadership experience in site, regional, and nationwide correctional healthcare operational oversight, Mary is an exceptionally well-rounded operational leader. Her understanding of correctional healthcare operations and delivery of contracted medical and behavioral health services is unmatched in the industry. This includes successful start-ups of scores of correctional healthcare programs, management of services across the country, building high quality teams, developing and maintaining Continuous Quality Improvement and Compliance groups, and earning and maintaining national accreditation.

A recognized expert and skilled presenter, Mary has further served as a lecturer and author at several national conferences and publications.
